* For Housecall Pro, you must have the Essentials plan or higher in order to use Zapier.

Step 2

Get a Zapier account

Create a free account with Zapier or reuse an existing one by logging in.

Step 3

Navigate through the onboarding

Continue by answering a series of questions about your business and role.

Step 4

Sign in to your selected app in Zapier

On the right side of the page, click the "Sign in" button to connect your app to Zapier.

Step 5

Continue to testing the Trigger

Click "Continue" then select "Test Trigger"

Step 6

Select the Event for the Action

Select “Continue” on the right side of the screen under the StreetFair app.

Step 7

Sign in to StreetFair

Click “Sign in” button in the Connect StreetFair section

Step 8

Connect your StreetFair account

A window will pop up and ask you to paste the API key provided in your email

* Please contact us if you cannot location your StreetFair API key in your email.

Step 9

Confirm StreetFair is connected

After it's connected, you should see your business name with StreetFair. Click the “Continue” button.

Step 10

Continue past mapping each fields

Scroll to the bottom and click the "Continue" button since the fields are automatically populated for you.

Step 11

Testing the Action

Click the "Test step" button to validate the connection to StreetFair

Step 12

Publish the Zap

Click the "Publish" button to finalize the entire setup and make your integration live.

Step 13

View your Zapier integrations

You can confirm everything is working by visiting the "Zaps" page and seeing your Zap set to "On"
